The staff is courteous and accommodating.including but not limited to Jose' the bellman, who is especially so. The shuttle will travel 10 miles out.so, if flying in to LAX you can take a shuttle to Union Station and arrange a pick up by the hotel from there. The Citadel outlet mall is a shuttle ride away (1/2) with great shopping and numerous dining options. The rooms all have microwaves, mini-bars, etc.wifi is complimentary and there are no resort fees.
